After the upgrades, both HP systems were backed up okay but when trying to backup the Dell and Toshiba systems, I received the same message : Following drives were not dismounted cleanly C: D: E: F: etc and do I wish to force a dismount. This I did and proceeded to try the backup up. I then received a warning(?) message: encountered an NTFS volume with a set CHKDSK bit (446). The 'E' drive is the DVD player and the 'F' is the Norton Ghost Hard drive. Is it safe to ignore the waring and continue? Hi, I was about to ghost my HDD but the following message is displayed: CHKDISK bit set Volume maybe unstable - Restart NT It will not allow me to back the image up, I have tried chkdsk /f & running NDD with a https://community.norton.com/en/forums/problem-using-ghost-after-upgrading-win10 tick in fix, however when rebooting chkdsk reports no errors, but Ghost still comes up with same message. Could anyone offer some help please, the only thing I have been told is to flush the NTFS Log file but I don't know where this may be or how, maybe delete it if I could find it!
