As far as the File I/O error; could be a number of things: - Corrupted file - Hard drive sector is bad - Updates or Upgrade the software Just have to try and start from the beginning. I loaded the suggested file and found that it halts shortly after 4.01M is loaded yet it is claimed by the 'Downloading Bar' that the file is 35.99MB long. I have not seen that happen before. Since the file comes from Adobe.com
