I can open the report via a command http://www.dbforums.com/showthread.php?1631965-Overflow-Error-when-opening-a-report button in one of my forms with no problem. This is extremely perplexing. All my values in my tables are stored as Double. The query that the report uses as its source runs fine. Any idea what's going on? Much thanks Reply With Quote 07-08-08,06:34 #2 gvee View Profile View Forum Posts Visit Homepage www.gvee.co.uk Join Date Jan 2007 Location UK Posts 11,422 Provided Answers: 10 What's the code behind the command button look like; anything interesting happening there? Maybe that's the issue? Here's the code for the command: Code: Private Sub cmdPrintReport_Click() Dim strReportName As String Dim strCriteria As String strReportName = "Organizational Profile" strCriteria = "[Ultimate Parent]='" & Me![Ultimate Parent] & "'" DoCmd.OpenReport strReportName, acViewPreview, , strCriteria End Sub Reply With Quote 07-08-08,07:08 #4 healdem View Profile V

The result overflow error I'm shooting for is that if [Production] is zero, indicate zero, otherwise compute the percent of collection. ([PP] is the amount collected and is a negative number in the table). Pretty stumped here... Thank you! The table doesn't have any null values so if there are no monies yet collected, it would be zero.
