Adobe Reader Error 2352

0 3196 views 08/23/2007 Software Deployment Package Development I've had to reinstall Adobe Reader 8.0 on a couple machines due to the application no longer working but when I go to install it, I receive the error message "Internal Error adobe reader download error 2352" and the install closes out. This was originally a software package I built adobe reader 9 error with an MST. I even tried going to the Adobe website and downloading the lastest installation files but still receive this error. I adobe reader update error was able to resolve this on one machine by reimaging it. that re-imaging one of your machines fixed the problem may be a clue: have you tried copying that machine's copy of the DLL to the defective machine to see if that makes a difference? I'd be willing to bet that the file has acquired some bizarre permission(s) which prevent it being read. If you receive a 1935 error when you try to install Acrobat or Reader, the Windows file system adobe reader transaction log has become corrupted. The Windows file system uses the log to recover when a file error occurs. To correct this install error, clear the log. Open an Administrator command prompt: Right-click Start > All Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt and select Run As Administrator. Click Allow for the elevation prompt In the command adobe reader error prompt, type the command below:fsutil resource setautoreset true C:\ The line above assumes that C: is the drive in which Vista is installed. If it is installed on another drive like D:, change the drive letter appropriately. Restart the system. Install Acrobat or Adobe Reader again.
