With all these diagnostics we decided that the problem had to be operating system related. Sometime during the installation of 6.0 the program must either: 1)delete and forget to replace a file that belongs to the OS or 2)corrupt a file that belongs to the OS. We then saw this solution in the forums. It did not seem to make sense considering that the problem is consistant across all printers and some of our printers already have names that fit suggested scheme (i.e. 'Promotions'). Else all the plugins n objects will not work. Try installing 7 on another machine and see if it opens without any problem. The if it opens you know what to do. 0 LVL 97 Overall: Level 97 Software-Other 27 Message Expert Comment by:war12005-11-06 alayne, We have not heard from you.
