It has been fine before this new installation. I called support and they told me to go to www.adobe.com/go/supportportal The only thing, I've been there, and can't seem to find any help. This error often occurs when there is a problem with the PDF file itself and Reader or Acrobat is unable to render the PDF properly. (The corresponding error message in https://forums.adobe.com/thread/553390 German is "Es ist ein Grafikfehler aufgetreten.")You can also open or check the PDF with other applications (Photoshop, Acrobat, Preflight, CosViewer, and so on) to see if you get any error messages. A user who is running Windows 7 32 bit edition is sending files to print (using the secure print function) - the system is reporting they have spooled fine to the printer - but when they go and release the document they are getting (more often than not) about 16 out of 21 pages (for example) and then a PCL XL Error (Subsystem: Text, InternalError 0x50, adobe reader print Operator: Text, Position: 8564). I have another document that 9 times out of ten will actually crash the WorkCentre completely and cause it to reboot mid way through printing. The driver we are using is the latest: "Xerox WorkCentre 7655 rev 2.0 PCL6"As mentioned the user is running Windows 7 - the printer is shared from a Windows 2003 Server which has the same version of the driver.Any suggestions from anyone?Kind regards,Luke Solved! Everything seems to work (so far) if on the printing preferences advanced tab I set "Advanced Printing Features" to Disabled.Would be nice to know why this causes issues when enabled, especially as by default the driver has it set to enabled when installed!
