Acrobat may not display the page correctly. Hi :) I found the bug-tracking thing for them http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=72954&atid=536236Can you insert the image and text into the original using LibreOffice before exporting as Pdf? Does that give the same error message? I think copy&paste might help.
