I have been trying to Update Adobe Reader for weeks now when asked and kept on getting this error message " Error 1310.Error writing to file: C:\Config.Msi\1658852.rbf. Verify that you have access to that directory " ... Someone told me too just un-install Adobe and re-install but when i tried to re-install a similar error message failed in the install. And i now cant seem to play any online videos. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Solution 1) Looked like it was for XP users Solution 2)When i tried to look up the folder to re-name, my computer didnt recognize any folder with such name Solution 3)I have Window 7; but do not have a 'ProgramData' option.
