AK287 Sep 17, 2012 5:50 AM (in response to siniful101) I had this problem and spent hours trying to figure it out before solving the problem. In my case it came about after I moved my data to a new drive I called the F drive and installed a new main drive as my C drive and tried to set things up again. Mysteriously, the system then included references to a non-existence L drive and that is what stalled things, plus another proble (see below) - references to "My Documents" had been reased in the registry. I could not erase Photoshop, and could not reinstall it or Reader.Anyway, here is the solution I found.Basically, the difficulty in solving the problem is due to the arcane nature of the error message, which in my case said something like:Error 1325.Documents is not a kno

You have to click on the link that says: Do you have a different language or operating system? After you select the right OS , language and version and you download the file, Adobe X installs with no errors. Note. As of now you can only select Windows Server 2008 for OS, but that worked for me.
