I have reproduced the problem on 3 computers so far.A gray square shows where the pdf should be and internet freezes. After 30-60 seconds a error dialog shows up saying "There is a problem with Adobe Acrobat/Reader. If it is running, please exit and try again (103:103)".I haven't found any refrences to this on the internet yet, has anyone exprienced this and had any luck dealing with it?Adobe Reader Version: 10.0.0Internet Explorer Version: 8.0.6001.18702C0

This then should fix this particular error you are having. If the problem still persists then do the following:Launch Adobe ReaderIn "Adobe Preferences" open menu "General"Untick (uncheck) the setting "Enable Protected Mode at startup"If that doesn't do anything uninstall hte software, run adobe cleaner tool and then reinstall the software.
