MSE reboots after partial scan & lost desktop after effects error files Started by glud , Nov 09 2012 11:02 AM Page 1 of 2 1 2 Next Please log in to reply 18 replies to this topic #1 glud glud Members 13 posts OFFLINE Local time:10:36 PM Posted 09 November 2012 - 11:02 AM After partial scan, MSE consistently reboots on a Windows Installer file Everytime I launch a custom scan on the Windows Installer Folder, MSE reboots close to the address C:\Windows\Installer\11bc85fg.msp. I have not been able to complete a full scan in a month. All of my desktop files have disappeared. I downloaded and ran 'Unhide" but this does not produce any results. Randomly, outside of MSE, I will get an error message that says: "The instruction at Ox100053a0 referenced memory at Ox100053a0. The memory could not be read." I need some guidance to recover my files. There are no other signs of a virus and no further damage appears to be taking place. Thank you. Edited by hamluis, 09 November 2012 - 12:06 PM. At first I was having a Load library 126 error, which I was able to rather easily solve. Then I began having this second error, and after exhaustive searching I can't figure out why. I updated my java software, but that didn't seem to help. Perhaps uninstalling all java I have and reinstalling will, but it doesn't seem likely. Any ideas?? My main problem is that I can't even isolate the issue; I don't know what the problematic puzzle piece is. It will help us greatly when you tell what the error is. Also a crash log would be nice, and operating system wouldn't hurt either Rollback Post to Revision RollBack #4 Sep 29, 2012 jonesr18 jonesr18 View User Profile View Posts Send Messa
