Updated: 04/19/2016 | Article ID: GEN82696 When trying to install Quicken, the following error occurs: Error 1312. Cannot create the directory . Important: Do not close the error message. To resolve this issue: Set your Microsoft Windows view to display hidden files and folders: Microsoft Windows 10 Click the Windows Start icon.
