Converter 2.0 Professional on a Windows NT4 system the following error may appear: "Cannot find import; DLL may be missing, corrupt, or wrong version file "EngShrd.dll", error 127" Cause: “Activation” for PDF Converter 2.0 Professional occurs at the end of the installation. Activation requires updated system files that may not be updated until the PC has been rebooted. Because these files are not yet updated, the system will produce this error when “Activation” tries to launch. Solution: Reboot the PC and the error will no longer appear. Activation will occur the next time the Program is used.
