Error Opening Installation Log File

I have windows 7 64 bit ESET Smart Security 7 V 7.0.302.26..and i have error opening file for writing some a strange issue. When I was trying start smart scan..then i've got messages about error opening HDD C;/D: and more stuff (in safe mode have this same message) How can I fix it ? NOD32 is truthful in its logs...doesn't hide the files it can't error opening file scan. Other AVs choose not to tell you in their logs....no biggie. I tend to think it's more of a "they simply don't show it in the log"...most people being used to Symantsuck and McCrapee home user stuff that fluffs the interface easy peasy hand holding..NOD32

Even all the few pictures I had mostly snips. Either they were incorrectly coded or they got interrupted before they finished. Any of this ring a bell with any of you guys and gals.
