was we installed our Intergraph SG&I license file for ERDAS Imagine 2015, running on the same server. Put the Intergraph license file in, and all the ERDAS clients work fine, but noticed that the ESRI clients don't work:Since then, we've cleared the firewall, re-read the license file, created and installed an new license file, uninstalled and reinstalled the license manager software, and error opening port for extract (connection refused) modified the license file to set an inbound rule on the range of TCP ports. Rebooted both the manager and the server multiple times. The Flex License Manager that Autodesk uses for network licensing communicates through port(s) 2080 and 27000 through 27009. If it's unable to communicate through one (or all) of those ports then you will be unable to obtain a network license. You'll probably receive the License Finder Dialog and after trying to enter the server's name or ip address it fails with an error. If you turn ON the Windows Firewall using the default settings, you will be blocking those ports. There are other software firewalls and sometimes switches and router settings can block ports too. See below for a list of helpful Autodesk technical solutions regarding these ports and a WAN or error codes (i.e. "[1.5.-15]" and "[1.5.-12]", "1200.5.-96", "[0.0.0]" and others...).
