Have a Back-UPS XS 1500 (model BX1500LCD) connected via USB cable. gapcmon cannot communicate with UPS. Get NIS network error. Had same problem previously and was able to get it working, but can't remember what I did to get it to work. I have included technical details from a hardware scan showing that the connection between my system and USP is working as well as the contents of apcupsd.conf and screenshots.
