I have succesfully gotten rid of the error on a handful of other 8150's in the past by swaping the LVPS but https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pta0UZoKzQY not this time. You have replaced everything that would give you the error. The two time I had the error and new fuser did not work it was the ac power unit which fixed it. Are you sure you go a good ac http://www.fixyourownprinter.com/posts/22162 power unit? I took the old fuser to another LaserJet 8150, and it is working fine. I am not sure is ac power unit has problem or not. Did you changed the power unit? Fuser Error Code 50.1: Low fuser temperature 50.2: Fuser warm-up service 50.3: High fuser temperature 50.4: Faulty fuser 50.5: Inconsistent fuser (verify voltage model) Service fuser error Manual Recommended Action Turn the printer off for at least 20 minutes, and then turn the printer on. If the error continues: 1. Make sure that the Fusing Assembly is installed correctly and is fully seated into its connectors (no bent pins or pins outside their receptacles). 2. Reseat or replace the fuser cable assembly. 3. Replace the DC Controller. Additional Comments & Diagnosis 50.1 indicates 50.1 fuser error low fuser temperature (heating lamp will not turn on). Power supply is the most common cause. (RG5-4357) Pull the fuser out and check the thermal fuse on top of the fuser and the lamps inside the unit for continuity to verify the problem isn’t in the fuser. If the printer fails to initialize when turned and displays "warming up" or if it just jumps to 50.1 error, those are indications that you have a power supply problem. After verifying the problem is related to the AC power supply, check the fuser for common wear and tear in case the fuser also needs to be replaced. When checking the fuser: Check the middle of the hot roller for toner build up that could cause ghosting or poor print quality. Check the pressure roller and gears for signs of wear. Check the bushing by rotating the gears on the side of the unit. The gears should rotate smoothly. If the bushings are worn you will typically notice: (1) Metal shavings that fall out as you're checking the unit, and (2) a jerky feeling as you rotate the gears. If you experience any of the above issues w
