on top. If it run ok, you have a problem with the pickup assembly behind tray 1. Let us know and I can provide part number. by dmzcompute on Jan 30, 2004 at 12:02pm http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-windows_programs/error-when-trying-to-run-nclex-rn-4000-the/a96d6b47-8f01-4c8e-8de3-b61478c92dd8 Add comment Please sign in to comment Dear dmzcompute, I found this person's question and your reply. This is exactly what I'm experiencing. I followed you instructions and it prints fine through the manual tray. Can you tell me how to fix the pickup assembly? Thanks,Kurt wanfriedRe: 13.20 Error on HP Laserjet 4000N by dmzcompute (1/30/04 12:02 PM) reply + / -Try running paper from the manual tray on top. http://fixyourownprinter.com/posts/16075 If it run ok, you have a problem with the pickup assembly behind tray 1. First I would cut down a stiff file folder to about 5 inches accross and then remove the paper tray and open the top cover and remove the toner cartridge. Now I would take that file folder and feed it up the paper channel slowly from the bottom until I see if appear at the top in front by the registration assembly. Hopefully it will force the stuck paper up to where you can grab and remove it. If that does not work, then you need to find the service manual and remove the tray 1 assembly. by dmzcompute on Dec 14, 2008 at 2:39pm Add comment Please sign in to comment 0 I keep getting 13,20 error there is a paper stuck in the printeri accidently punched in two paper in the same time.i can see the papers but cant get it outcan someone help me by unknown on Aug 12, 2013 at
that suddenly started throwing a 41.5 Printer Error and printing blanks. The fix turned out to be very easy but if I hadn't figured it out it may have http://fixyourownprinter.com/posts/13020 resulted in an expensive service call. My separation roller - the blue & grey roller in the paper tray - had moved out of place. I just pushed it back in place and it was fixed. Here's a page that has pictures of the separation and feed rollers on a 4000 series printer. The separation roller is part of the paper tray and is shown in the lower picture:http://www.printertechs.com/tech/mkinst/mk-4000-7feed.phpHope this helps someone. Respond to this 0 fuser error Yeeeees but........Glad it worked for you. However, in the "real world" I wish it was all so easy. Happy Birthday, Trev.Remember, you're not getting older, you're getting better. Thanks for the help on 50.2 fuser error the board. by moe on Oct 1, 2003 at 6:23pm Add comment Please sign in to comment 0 Perhaps, but the database containing the contents of this forum would probably be exponentially larger. It's cool that he posted this, don't get me wrong. But a lot of new people don't seem to use the Search function at all. Which turns into a lot of repeating previous answers. (Do a search on the drum heater Xerox fault code, and you might see what I mean) by wlulham on Nov 2, 2005 at 12:48pm Add comment Please sign in to comment 0 Before I looked it up, I said to myself "he's from NY".Fact is, people don't want to bother reading. They don't read the forum rules, which do appear in front of them before posting. They don't read the thread and post right below the response to their question.Since anonymous is a newbie with only the 2 posts in this thread to his credit, he probably doesn't realize I'm the forum moderator and the site is called fixyourownprinter. That implies that you do your own research before you post a problem for the 53rd time. It's actually a lot faster and easier to put HP 4000 41.5 into the search engine as suggested in the forum posting rules, which do pop up before you post. by mo
