Environment Novell GroupWise 2012 Novell GroupWise 8 Situation Error: D115 "Security Breach." Error: D115 Error launching GroupWise client. User cannot enter GroupWise. Users cannot access mailbox through POP3 and IMAP on GWIA. Users cannot access mailbox through WebAccess. Resolution Can be corrected by performing a specialized Content check on these users' mailboxes. To correct this problem you can add the option in to GW Check on the MISC tab to run the option. 1. Run the SETONLY command on the MISC tab option in GWcheck2. Run an Analyze/Fix Contents on the affected users. Mark only "Contents", "Fix problems" and "User".Users should then be able to launch GroupWise successfully. There are some instances in which this procedure may not eliminate the error. In this case, a second method may be used to correct the problem on a user-by-user basis.DO NOT run GWcheck with VRFIXUP without first making a backup of the Users database. It is possible that VRFixup can actually cause problems (D115) with accessing GroupWise afterwards. If the customer has multiple domains and has Post Offices with the same name VRFixup can actually write the wrong Domain name into the Users database record and cause an irreversible D115. If you run a VRFixup and cause a D115 the customer would need to restore the affected users database from backup or *.dba etc...1. For GW 6 x enter theVRFIXUP command on the MISC tab option in GWcheck2. Run an Analyze/Fix Contents on the individual user that still reports the D115 problem. Mark only "Contents", "Fix problems" and "User".NOTE: In one case, a "recreate user database" had to be run with GWCheck before running GWCHECK with the SETONLY.NGW file.NOTE: In another case, the D115 was machine specific, and we

We are running GW 8.02 HP2 on NW6.5 Sp8. I have tried running a mailbox repair and done a structural rebuild but it is still happening. Perhaps I am running gwcheck incorrectly (using standalone version) so if anyone has a definitive guide or link to same please post it. The GW client version on the users workstation is 8.02. They do not have any issue using mail after the error occurs but it would be better to have it corrected in case further corruption of the mailbox happens.
