Technical details:1. I'm using an AutoCAD https://www.woutware.com/Forum/Topic/1398/missing-dxf-group-code-63?returnUrl=%2FForum%2FUserPosts%3FuserId%3D1110582172 2004 dwg for a template using DwgReader.Read().2. I'm writting the dxf file out using DxfWriter.Write()3. I tried both binary and text methods2. when I attempt to open the resulting dxf in AutoCAD 2010 or older I get the following error:"The following error was encountered while reading in MTEXT starting at byte address 2687558:Missing DXF group code: 63Invalid or invalid or incomplete DXF input -- drawing discarded."My research indicated that this "could" be a Unicode issue, however, I saved the template to 2007 format and re tested and met with the same result. The DXF in question is a little over 5mb compressed, so I can't attach it, but I'm willing to email it if desired.Anyone have any ideas about invalid or incomplete what's going on? OR suggestions for resolving this issue? Thanks in advance.SteveSorry about the multiple posts, the web site indicated an error and I assumed that meant the post failed. Reply Wout 4/29/2015 8:28 AM Yes, our web host for some reason changed the security settings for their environment, and we had to change some settings.Could you attach or e-mail us both the DWG file and the DXF file? And if you do anything specific other than read/write, also the code to reproduce it.- Wout Reply SteveAtCADfx 4/29/2015 12:40 PM I did send an email on 4/17 with an explanation and the dxf file (5mb zipped). As far as code is concerned, that would be a bit impractical as it would require me to send the entire program, however, I will attempt to create a simplified example.I just now sent another email with the template drawing in use, however, zipped it's 11mb so please let me know if you don't receive it.Thanks,Steve Reply SteveAtCADfx 4/29/2015 12:53 PM Okay, I just did a test whe
