Resolving the problem This issue has been reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# DMKA4CTKPX. You should use the Lotus Notes client to perform most tasks in the Server Certificate Admin application, as indicated in the Domino Administrator Help file. If you wish to use the Lotus Domino Administrator client, you can open the database using File -> Database -> Open instead of the Files tab. In some unusual cases, you might need to recreate the certsrv.nsf database to resolve the errors, or use a local copy of the Server Certificate Admin database instead of the copy on the server. For example in one case, an administrator had made several attempts to set up SSL using the Server Certificate Admin application. To be able to continue without error, the administrator deleted the Server Certificate Admin application (certsrv.nsf), recreated it, and renamed any existing .STH and .KYR files. Following Follow Microsoft Windows 7 I am using a Lotus http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21106171 Notes 8.5.2 client on a Windows 7 computer in a corporate setting with a number of Domino servers, with two primary ones that I replicate between. I just recently had my OS upgraded from Windows XP. Nothing else changed, as far as I know, with my Lotus Notes (unless my user file locations changed, or something). http://itknowledgeexchange.techtarget.com/itanswers/lotus-notes-85-replicator-error-invalid-or-nonexistent-document/ I have my Replication settings on my mail file to replicate using one of the preferred servers and then choose among others if not successful. This worked fine (no error) before my OS upgrade. Now, I cannot replicate without getting the error message "Invalid or nonexistent document," and each time it indicates it's failed with the primary server. On top of that, when I go to view the Replication History, it indicates a successful "Send" action on the same server, but also lists "Never received" actions on the same plus other servers. I even successfully refreshed the design template from the primary server. But I still get the same Replicator error. Any thoughts as to what I, as a user without admin. rights, can do on my own? Or, must I contact my company's IT support? If the latter, any advice you might have that I could pass along to them? Thanks in advance for your help.Software/Hardware used: Lotus Notes 8.5.1 FP3 (client); Windows 7 Enterprise (32-bit);

Check the ACL. Shut down the client and delete the cache.ndk file and try again. Also clear the replication history on the client and serer DB. Try a Shift + F9 from within the database. This deletes the view index and builds it again from scratch. Unfortunately, it only works on the open view/folder To do all views/folders at once do a ctrl + shift + F9 0 Message Author Comment by:cjsling2006-10-11 Thanks. I just compacted, deleted view index, cleared history and I will attempt to replicate again. One thing I forgot to mention - this is only on the local copy when sending mail. So luckily it is not affecting the server copy , so hopefully it is a corrupted view that was causing the probelm. Thanks for your help and I will let you know.
