document Invalid lotus notes invalid or nonexistent document when deleting email or non-existent document; invalid; non-existent; non existent; nonexistent; cannot access; can't access; error; cannot access document; nd8; ERR_INVALID_NOTE Technote (FAQ) Question When you attempt to access a particular document in a database located on a Lotus Notes server, you receive the http://www-10.lotus.com/ldd/46dom.nsf/DateAllFlatweb/6e587a6e5424d31385256aa000656cdc?OpenDocument following error message: "Invalid or nonexistent document." Cause This error can occur if the document is corrupt. Answer To remove a corrupt document from a database, you can use the fixup utility. -- At the server console, type the following (where http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21098429 filename is the file name of the database) >LOAD FIXUP filename Example: LOAD FIXUP apps.nsf NOTE: Fixup will delete any corrupt documents as well. Deleted documents will be recorded in the Notes log --> Miscellaneous view. We are running Notes 5.0.13a on the invalid or server. I hope this helps ! 0 Message Author Comment by:bpopola2006-02-21 We have 300gb of free disk on the server but we are getting out of space messages on that database,. 0 LVL 18 Overall: Level 18 Lotus IBM 18 Message Expert Comment by:marilyng2006-02-21 That would be because maybe the database was originally configured with a size limit, in the administrator select the database and see if there is a size limitation specified, when you run compact you can specify to use the full or no limit. Last option, if sysExperts suggestions don't work, is to create a new local replica with an unspecified database size, delete the full text index (using the database properties tab), then shut down the server long enough to remove the original (to a different folder) and copy the new replica up to where the original was. Once it's on the server, go back to the properties tab and create the full text index. If the extension of the original database was .ns4, then I would suggest TESTING before you move it to an .nsf e
