I have a user who is not getting any mail transferred into his Inbox. The mail is all there in All Documents. When I replicate his DB there is a Replication error. Invalid or nonexistent document. I have tried all of the things I normally do, Archive, Compact DB, refresh views, but nothing is working this time. Any ideas? RE: Invalid or nonexistent document Shelbyville (MIS) 15 Sep 04 16:59 I've had users (same notes client) with the error, although usually they got the error "invalid or nonexistent document" when trying to send an email. In that case the fix is to (with user logged out of Notes) : (1) Delete Cache.dsk which is usually in the Lotus\Notes\Data directory. and (2) delete the directory Mdircat.ft (which is also in the Data directory). The other thing to look at is in the location document and see where it thinks his mail (something.nsf) file is. Hope that helps. RE: Invalid or nonexistent document JKmu (MIS) 15 Sep 04 22:37 I was receiving the same error when launching notes. I renamed the desktop5.nsf and bookmark.nsf in c:notes/data, to .old and let notes recreate it. The problem was fixed. Not sure if
