this software When click on Run the exe file runs fine. I remove that warning by adding certificate to my exe file using signtool.exe which comes with windows sdk. and it successfully added certificate to my exe file. But now when I run my exe file it gives me error "Java Virtual Machine Launcher Error: Invalid or Corrupt Jar file" Plz Help me. You didn't see the error on your local machine because you never transmitted the application. You saw it on some other machine presumably because you uploaded it somewhere then downloaded it to the other machine. If it is out there in the AppData/Roaming/Microsoft...etc directory, it can be a java virus. Then again it may be harmless and just be a corrupt file as it really indicates. click start, in the bottom search box (the blank line right above the start button), type in "msconfig" without the quotes. press enter. Once the window pops up, go to the Startup tab. Look for an entry that references or is named the same as the jar file. If nothing is there, then there is a program starting up on your laptop that is using that jar file. You will need to shut those entries off by unchecking the box and restarting your computer til you find the one that causes the problem to stop popping up.
