When I right click the desktop icon and then scan, it tells me there is an error code 3019,1 and it cannot fix it. I have downloaded the supposed 'fix it' file 20150705-32-v5i64, but I still have to reboot the laptop every day. I feel that this is not good enough as it is very time consuming, and as we all know,

EDIT: In case you have to go to the "What if this didn't work?", before starting if you use Identity Safe back it up in .dat and CSV formats to a safe place just in case you need it. Download norton error 8504 106 and run the Norton Remove and Reinstall tool to uninstall and reinstall the Norton product. STEP2 Download

That is why I have always insisted on "reference machines" for key business areas and the general desktop. They are in the lab, and you test new versions and patches on them first, before deployment.
