My Norton Security Suite alerted and then showed me that it was blocked and norton error quarantined. Then a Norton One-Click Support pop up emerged bearing a error 5013,3 and asked me to go to a link and download Norton Power Eraser and follow the set of instructions. After I did as instructed and rebooted my computer the same pop appeared which still does every time I start up my computer. I ran a full system scan with Norton to make sure norton error 5103 the virus was gone and it showed that I was clean. I then ran a full system scan with Super Anti Spyware and it found two additional viruses by the name of Trojan.Agent/Gen-Kryptik. I went ahead and quarantined those. Now, both my scanners show i'm clean but my system seems a bit buggy. The Norton One-Protection error message still shows up on every start up and just today Norton said that audiodg.exe is using up alot of memory. This is the first time this happened on my system which I have owned for over a year now. I would just like to make sure that computer is clean of viruses. I've went ahead and attached my hijack this log. Please let me know if I can provide any additional info.
