Let's work together to get this problem solved for you so you can once again enjoy Runescape as norton product error 8504 and 104 before .Ok this very much sounds like a C++ issue, so the first thing I am going to get you to do is go into your add/remove programs and un-install any versions of C++ 2015 that you see, after doing this re-start your computer and then get the C++ from the link below.https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145Grab the x64 as the client is 64 bit and not 32 bit after downloading and installing that re-start your machine and then try open NXT again and see if it opens.Another thing that may help is launching the client from the .exe file, follow my steps below.1. Go to the following file path: C:\Program Files\Jagex\RuneScape Launcher2. You will see a few icons in there, look for the RuneScape.exe file and then Copy+Paste it onto your desktop.3. Right click it and then click "Properties", go into "Compatibility" and then check the compatibility mode and try "Windows 8" or "Windows 7" and see if it opens, if not try also ticking "Run as Administrator" and see if that helps .See how you go with all of this, feel free to update me on the matter by reposting in this thread . I hope my information ha

I'm way out of my depth here and hope this type of problem rings a bell with someone who can help us get back up ? (Norton Internet Security, renewed on 3 machines 31/1/14, no problem with other 2.)
