This is one volume on the actual drive - and the other volumes ("C" and "RECOVERY") can be backed up without error. The Windows Backup feature of http://community.norton.com/en/forums/error-ebab03e9-trying-create-backup-win7-pro-x64 the OS completes a backup of all drives without error as well. I've uninstalled the Dell Controlpoint software and disabled the TPM chip in the BIOS. Run Norton as Admin, etc. Other users have reported the error on various forums but the memory "address" in their errors has never been "00000000" as I'm seeing with my error. Any ideas?
