Posted: 23-Dec-2011 | 7:10PM • 11 Replies • Permalink Hi. This problem all seemed to start when I changed my drive letters. I finally think it points to Norton Ghost 15 and my Floppy A drive. https://community.norton.com/en/forums/norton-ghost-15-no-disk-error-messages-and-floppy-drive-making-lots-sounds I have these error messages when I boot my computer up. Windows tells me this: No Disk: "Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf7c 4 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c". It comes up about 8 or 9 times then goes away. I have multiple internal drives, 2 optical drives, a Floppy A drive, a card-reader and printer. I decided to shift the drive letters down after the hard-drives since I recently installed a dual-boot and needed earlier drive letters. The problems started before the dual-boot was installed. Drive letters changed as this example: g -> i, h ->j, i ->k, etc. The main drives stayed the same.
