This problem may be resolved by using Detect and Repair on the Help menu. Obviously it couldn't be loaded because I uninstalled it! But how do I prevent Outlook from looking for this file? I tried running Detect and Repair but it didn't help. There was an option in Detect and Repair to restore default links, which I didn't select, because I didn't know if that meant simple icon links or if it meant the Outlook .dll library, which I don't want to restore to default for fear of it messing up my McAfee Antivirus options in Outlook. #1 dredd2929, Feb 2, 2007 Commish Senior member Joined: Jan 11, 2001 Messages: 795 Likes Received: 0 Check to see it there was an add-in that it's looking for that wasn't removed when you uninstalled. Tools>options>other>advanced options>add-in manager. #2 Commish, Feb 2, 2007 dredd2929 Senior member Joined: Jun 4, 2005 Messages: 230 Likes Received: 0 I unselected "AVG Exchange Scan" from the list and it fixed it. Thanks! #3 dredd2929, Feb 2, 2007 Commish Senior member Joined: Jan 11, 2001 Messages: 795 Likes Received: 0 Good to hear, you're welcome. #4 Commish, Feb 2, 2007 (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
