Right side is getting cut off. HTML email stationery created using Notepad/Dreamweaver.Edited normal.dot in Word 2003 to set right/left margins to 1 inch. When I create a new email using the stationery, Word is the editor, but Page Setup still shows right/left margins at 1.25 inches. I understand from other forums that Outlook uses IE as print engine, so I checked the page margins there, and right/left are set to 0.4 inches.How do I print HTML email

The machine has Windows XP SP3 and Microsoft Office 2003 SP1 11.6502.6408 installed. I have tried adjusting the margins from within Outlook, IE and Word. I have also tried repairing the Office installation and updating the printer drivers. The document prints incorrectly in portrait and landscape form. However, in Internet Explorer, the leftand rightmargin was set to 0.25, and that was the margin getting cut. The two printers are an HP Laserjet 4100 and an HP Lasejet 4050T. The drivers are updated to the latest versions. Other users can print the email ok. Approximately 2cm is being cut from the right hand margin. I have also tried recreating the "outlprnt" file by deleting it, shutting down Outlook and then restarting

Therefore, you should outlook 2003 first check your printing margin settings in Internet Explorer and verify that the option “Shrink-to-Fit” is enabled. You can do this in Internet Explorer via; File-> Page Setup… (if the File menu is not visible, press the ALT button on your keyboard to make it visible) Check your paper size and margins and enable Shrink-to-Fit. Hotfix KB980333 If you are still having this outlook 2003 margin print issue after verifying that your printing settings have been set correctly in Internet Explorer, installing the hotfix KB980333 may solve your issue. While the KB article does not explicitly state it, it also applies to the same printing issues when using Outlook 2003 or previous. Note: The Hotfix is only available for Internet Explorer 8. If you are still using Internet Explorer 7, it is highly recommended to upgrade it to the latest version. The easiest way to do this is via Microsoft Update.
