Outlook 2013 Won't Open In Windows 7
0 Sign in to vote Windows & Ultimate 64, Outlook 2013 Getting error microsoft outlook has stopped working 2013 message "Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened. The operation outlook 2013 won't open loading profile failed." Issue as a result of deleting main email account. Attempted; repair function from original CD, using RUN function with command "outlook.exe /resetnavpane". Same results getting same error message. In my case, my Outlook.com email address was completely missing. I just input its info again, made it my default from outside of Outlook as you suggested, and voila!
