'protocol error' message. When I click on the error it takes me to their 'HELP' page. But it doesn't really tell me much about protocol error's, except that my connection may have dropped. Well I can send messages to any other address and it works fine, so that can not be it. It seems to be certain email addresses only but this does not 0x800ccc0f outlook follow suit if i send a group email. What will happen here is i select my addresses, send email and then the same error message occurs, if i then take those addresses out of the email and send again the McAfee virus scan brings up other addresses it didn't recognise the previous time. Any ideas anyone, I'm getting a little frustrated with this now, I thought that it maybe to do with my configuration for McAfee virus scan but after turning off the option to scan outgoing messages it still does it.
