Solution 2: If using other Amyuni-based PDF converter drivers. From the Windows Start Menu, select Devices and Printers. Find the Document PDF Converter Printer, right-click on the icon for it and select Properties. Select the Ports tab. Check to see if other PDF Converters are installed and assigned to the the local port LPT1 (hover the mouse pointer over the list of assigned printer not activated printers to check all devices assigned to the port). If other converters are not assigned to the local port LPT1, verify the Document PDF converter is assigned to the port. If the other PDF converters are installed and assigned to the local port LPT1, check the Port list for a local port named NUL. If there is no local port named NUL, add a new local port and name it NUL. If local port NUL does already exist, proceed to step 6. Assign the Document PDF converter to NUL by placing a check mark in the box to the left of the port name. Select OK to save the change. Verify the Document PDF Converter works. Solution 3: If other options have not resolved the issue. In folder "C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86" rename or delete the following files: acpdf400.dll acpdfui400.dll cdintf400.dllIn folder "C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3" rename the following (these files are in use and cannot be deleted): acpdf400.dll acpdfui400.dll cdintf400.dll (if present)Run install.exe in "C:\Program Files\Intuit\QuickBooks 2010\" or the path where QuickBooks was installed to reinstall Amyuni version 4.0.0.7. Restart workstation. Uninstall and reinstall Document Drive (see What are the instructions for removing CCH ProSystem fx Document Drive? for instructions). Verify the Document PDF Converter works. I believe that it is a permission issue as it works fine for Administrators. During my three years administering Timberline Office we never could get the print to xls to work. The workaround was to print to txt and open the file in Excel. Then the user would have to edit the file to get things where they needed to go since the formatting would be way off. If it turns out that it is just a simple permissions problem then I'm going to feel really stupid.
