find an appropriate solution for the printing error. No matter what I do, whether trying to print, save as pdf (or other formats) or e-mail I get the same error message. It appears to try to "print" to the "Alpha Five Printer" and then fails, giving the error message "printer not activated, error code -41". When I close that I get a follow-up error message saying "Layout name: quickbooks printer not activated error code 41 Payroll Report (the file name I chose) @ timetracking_set4.setLayout type: reportError communicating with printer". Does anyone have an idea why it keeps having this error. I've looked everywhere for an explanation of how the alpha five printer works but I haven't found anyway to resolve this. Thanks!
