I found a work around that worked for me. I run peachtree in compatiblity mode for Windows 7 as an administrator.Right click on your Peachtree icon and click properties. Click on the compatibility tab. Check the box that says run this program in compatibility mode for. Then select Windows 7. Also check the box in the Privilege Level to run as the administrator.I also ran into a problem when I installed Office 2013. Outlook crashed every time I sent an email. So I installed Mozilla's Thunderbird and set it to my default email application. No more problems!Hope this helps everyone. Try opening Peachtree as an Administrator (right click on the Peachtree icon and select RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR). In addition, check the USERS area of the Windows Control Panel and see if you are listed as an Administrator. The last two things that come to mind would be anti-virus software, and firewalls as possible sources blocking communications with the e-mail print driver. __________________ Rick Prindiville PCO Consulting Services, Inc. rick@pcosupport.com Peachtree Certified Consultant Sage Certified Trainer rick Prindivill View Public Profile Find all posts by rick
