want to increase the value of the var and if timer1 value decreases then I want to decrease the var value. Is something like this possible? Thanks. Ok Let me clarify a bit more. I am capturing (using CCP) a input pulse. depending on the width timer1/ccp value increases or decreases. I was wondering if there was a way to increase or decrease a var based what timer1/ccp value was doing. Thanks. The 16F18855 only has 1K of RAM and 8k of code memory words (16K bytes). RAM is terribly fragmented and flash needs bank switching all the time. They only operate up to 32MHz and have no, really, special functionality within the microcontroller core itself. This is absolutely important because even using the built in peripherals requires a... I am working with the accelerometer MMA7455 3-X but calculating the Angles give error because the result of division is wrong. When accelerometre is flat give me X=0, Y=0, Z=64. (64=+1G). How can I solve that? A better method would be to seperate the expressions within the routines so that the compiler does not need to use its stack variables for intermediate values while parsing an expression. This will make the code both faster and smaller, as well as using less RAM. Where can I find the "meaning" of these errors? I tried to cut and paste them here but was unsuccessful. I also tried to use Alt printscreen without success. I tried ISIS help searching for "error" and "message" which didn't turn up any information. Thanks The following are the error messages displayed: [SPICE] Gmin real time simulation step [0 of 120] failed: Gmin=0.001 [SPICE] Gmin stepping failed [SPICE] source step [108 of 120] failed: source factor=90.000 [SPICE] Too many iterations without convergence Real time simulation failed to start Last edited by Berny; 01-02-2011 at 00:47. Berny, The answers are in the Proteus VSM Help under the heading Troubleshooting. This is the first post on the forum, so I hope I have got it right. Here is the section I think you are after. regards Peter Simulation Errors Simulation errors are generated by PROSPICE rather than ISIS, and therefore occur after a netlist file has been successfully generated. Common problems that get detected here include: · Device type not recognized - This means you have specified a primitive type that is not supported, or that a model file has used one. · No DC path to ground - This is discussed further under GROUND AND POWER RAILS. · Could not find probe - you have tried to reference a probe or voltage generator that does not exist. Remember that you must use an IPROBE object from ASIMMDLS.LIB - you cannot reference a current probe gadget. · Cannot open SPICE source file - The source
