Callout failure in 11g Gerald M. May 10, 2013 5:43 PM Hi Gurus, I am currently undergoing the 11g upgrade for my client and we are using ebMS messaging, the setup is very simple. I am using the default b2b.jar file. I added in a callout and specified the absolute path for the callout but it fails. I have also specified the folder where the b2b.jar file resides in the administration/configuration tab. The callouts worked fine in 10g however none of them are working in 11g so it should be a simple configuration error on my part. Below is the error, any help would be greatly appreciated. So when she tried http://communities.rightnow.com/posts/bd9e601a46 she to import the data into the Contacts table, she got the error message "Multiple Matches" - whether she was trying to create a contact list or to add a value to a field. We couldn't find a way to override this error message. Does anyone have a technique to get round this? We'd be pleased to hear if you do. If there isn't a workaround, we'd recommend that this error is changed to be a warning. In the end we had to select and export over 50,000 records to find the 2000 we wanted. Then import the data we wanted using the contact_id. It is understandable that users should be protected from accidentally using a field to match data which isn't a unique key. But arguably there is a case for allowing an over-ride? © 2016 Oracle Corporation and/or its affiliates. Privacy About All rights reserved.
