When I pressed the play button, a Alice: Madness Return CD key page came out. I pressed play again after copying the CD key in case I need it. It then asked system error me to login to an EA account. I did that and I pressed the Enter Product Key button and entered the CD key which I copied earlier on. It then shows System Error: Please try again later. Does anyone knows how to solve this? Exit Steam, find and rename your ClientRegistry.blob file. Restart Steam. Try your game again. A blob fix is kinda like verifying a game only for the Steam program. You might also want to contact Origins customer service as well since it seems to be an issue with the key. if it is a key issues, Steam won't be able to fix that only EA will. I bought the Complete Edition from Origin that contains the original game as well but i recall having some issue getting it to play and having to contact their customer service to try and get it to run. Also try entering the CD-key manually. I have had issues in the past with trying to use keys copied to the clipboard and them not working correctly. Last edited by MADDOGGE: 10-01-2012 at 07:11 AM. 2013-04-10 2013-04-10 16:08 I recently purchased a battlefield 3 limited edition key at an online gameshop. i recieved a key, downloadlinks and everything. I unlocked battlefield 3 on my origin account, downloaded and installed it, but everytime I try to start it, this annoying message pops up. "could not Activate" Then it wants me to reenter my product key to activate my game, but it won't accept my key. "The product key entered cannot be used to activate this game." note-> I've researched a bit for myself and tried following fixes without succes: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ "Unable to Activate Battlefield 3" through Origin error: Click on the Origin menu and select "Reload my Games". After refreshing, please restart the Origin Client.
