first post here. There is a problem with my Kaspersky Pure, .dmp files cannot be send so I

I deleted the .dmp files, cleared content of Temp folder. I had a hard time uninstalling MSRedist but I found something on the Forum about Norton uninstaller. I uninstalled Pure and reintalled the Pure 2.0 version.And no I really don't know what C:\Windows\system32\[i]509137B39E.sys is....Looks good for now, crossing fingers.Cheers, Sebastien richbuff 31.07.2012 01:09 You're welcome. I was shocked and later i checked that the "Kaspersky Lab" folder in "All Users" was taking 5.74GB It had so many .dmp files and in that 3 were of 1.5GB

My problem started March 26 or 27 when I was printing out several pages about daily news. It randomly printed out a news page that I didn’t request. I was confident that I did not misclick, but maybe accidents could have happened so I just left it.
