setting up a new PC with XP Pro and everything appears fine except I get a "Net Command has encountered

a problem and need to close" Details reference net.exe and msvcrt.dll. Tried re installing both, did not help. Ran Fdisk, reformatted, and reinstalled Windows and still get the same error.
