to run Command Prompt on Windows computer, you find it is successful. However, when you continue to reset http://www.isunshare.com/blog/how-to-fix-system-error-5-in-windows-10-computer/ Windows 10 password with command prompt, it failed. Command Prompt reminds you "System error 5 has occurred. Access is denied". Everything you have done seems to be no problem. http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/archive/1854339 Why it failed to reset Windows 10 forgotten password with net user command? In this moment, I try another way to run Command Prompt and I successfully change windows system error 10 password. 1. Press Win + X and choose Command Prompt (Admin) in pop-up list. 2. Click Yes on User Account Control to run Command Prompt with administrator. 3. Type net user command and press Enter. Command completed successfully. This error reminds us we should open programs with right way, especially on new windows operational system. Otherwise, even though system error 5 you don’t make a mistake during the course of other operation, you could not let the program do right for you. For example, command prompt reset windows password with net user command only when it is run with administrator. I'm trying to stop a service via command line and I keep getting the following: C:\>net stop "Task Scheduler"System error 5 has occurred. Access is denied. I'm a member of the domain admins and local admins. I can stop and start the services from the Computer Management GUI without an issue, just can't do it from command line so I can put it in a batch script. Tried SC Stop which also didn't work. PowerShell didn't work. VBScript didn't work. Any ideas what's going on? It's the same for all my machines on my domain. I have seen highly restrictive policies apply to machines which mean no matter what user you log in as you can't do a whole range of tasks (access a command prompt, etc).
