V-79-57344-2304 Solution A : Run the catalog operation with the option to "Use Storage Media Based Catalogs" deselected For Storage Media Based (fast, set list for catalogs is on tape) for a Catalog Job to complete successfully, all pieces of media from the Media Family (see Media Family Technote in the Related Documents Section below) must be visible to Backup Exec (media labels show up on the Backup Exec Devices Tab) prior to running the catalog job. If any pieces of media are missing from the media family, a Storage Media Based Catalog Job will fail to populate the Restore Selections Windows. If this occurs, in order to allow a catalog job to properly catalog the tape, the catalog operation will need to be run with the option to Use Storage Media Based Catalogs deselected.To deselect the option to use storage media based catalog

I have tried stopping the BE services, renaming the Catalog folder, and restarting the BE services (which creates a new Catalog folder). I've confirmed the catalog path is correct in the registry as well. Also, the media labels that BE is using is nothing strange, we're using the following naming scheme: DLT000001.
