The Job History window comes up fine in xml. Last weeks jobs were displayed fine as well, and there have been no recent updates. I did a reboot of the https://www.experts-exchange.com/questions/24217209/Backup-Exec-Job-Logs-not-converting-to-xml.html server one day last week to see if it would correct the issue and the following day, the job displayed fine but then the next day, I got the same error. When I try to search for the error, I get a lot of proramming hits, which I have no experience with. I though maybe someone knows this specific error with Backup Exec?? Thanks! The error is below: One or more errors were encountered converting the job log into web page for display. The job log will be displayed in text format. The name in the end tag of the element must match the element type in the start tag. 28789: C:\Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec\Data\BEX_CHEDDAR_01053.xml 0 Question by:MarcoLynn Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Google Best Solution byMarcoLynn Thank you for your suggestion, but I tried to post the xml but was unable to do so...not sure if it was too large or what.
