Backups of other volumes (i.e. C) are successful. Error Message High Priority Error: Error EC8F17B7: Cannot create recovery points for job: Drive Backup of Store (D:\).Error EC8F03EA: Cannot create a virtual volume image of the selected drive.Error EBAB03E9: Internal Application Error: Memory Access Violation c0000005:Application tried to read memory at 00000000. 0xEBAB03E9 (Backup Exec System Solution This issue is fixed in Service Pack 1 for Symantec System Recovery (SSR) 2013. The note below applies to BESR 2010: A supported hotfix has been made available for this issue. Please contact Symantec Technical Support to obtain this fix. This hotfix has not yet gone through any extensive Q&A testing. Consequently, if you are not adversely affected by this problem and have a satisfactory temporary workaround in place, we recommend that you wait for the public release of this hotfix.
