Failing that I'd check your configuration and see if the alert is set to automatically cancel the job. From what I see it doesn't look like you're getting full backups (based on what little we have from your console...) 1 Mace OP Denis Kelley Jan 23, 2012 at 2:18 UTC I had something similar last week. Not exactly the same problem, but with a note that job was cancelled by user. This turned out to be a timeout issue. My backup looked fine, but timed out during the verify procedure. D2T (Duplicate to Tape) D2D (Duplicate to Disk). The B2D and D2D are on seperate hardware. My fulls from this past weekend worked correctly. My incrementals also worked correctly. When my differential started I had it misconfigured for the D2D and it fail. Not a problem, I reconfigured the job to point to the correct disk media. However, the duplicate failed again. I did not retry the job. Instead I started the job from Job Monitor Tab and Current Jobs selection. I have restarted the Backup Exec services, but have no restarted the server itself. I have successfully ran an inventory of the D2D destination. I have been able to mount the D2D destination through Windows Explorer. I am out of ideas and the Technotes from Backup Exec are not helping. The ones I have read.
