The time window does not allow the job to start later than 20:59:59. To change the time window, edit the schedule details credentials test failed for the job. For more information, click the following link: http://eventlookup.veritas.com/eventlookup/EventLookup.jhtmlData formatted as » None You have a job defined in Backup Exec which is set to start within a specific time frame, and this event suggest that the time has passed. The error code reported in the Backup Exec Job Monitor will be E000E020. The job window may have been missed if the target of the backup is down (ie the Backup Exec remote agent is unreachable), or the tape drive is in use, or no suitable media is available. Other reasons for failure may be that the clocks have jumped forward. Perhaps the job is supposed to start at 21:00 on a Friday night, and at 20:45, somebody accidentally sets the system date forward by a day. There is also an issue in Backup Exec 2010, documented under Symantec TECH61668, which causes window-based jobs to fail on their first run after Daylight Saving Time clock changes are made.
