The problem we are getting is with opening Job logs....we are getting the following error; "One or more errors were encountered converting the job log into a web page for display. The job log will be displayed in text format.". When I click on the "Job Log" tab, a pop-up error displays:"One or more errors were encountered converting the job log into a web page for display. The job log will be displayed in text format.The name in the end tag of the element must match the element type in the start tag.76098: C:\Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec\Data\BEX_LLHQBACKUP_00476.xml"The "Job History" tab for the same job displays just fine.I've tried deleting the jobs and recreating, rebuilding the db, and upgrading from build_v6235 to build_v7170SP2 but to no resolve. I'veseen someone with a similar issue in the "read only" forums but no response with a fix.On another note, our backup jobs have suddently jumpedfrom 6hrs (B2D) to 10-13hrs! No changes in HW or Network, and little change in data size. Try looking at the xml file with a text editor to see what you can glean. Also look at your Windows event logs at that time frame to see if you had a BE service crash or something. 0 Kudos Re
