The issue appears when I try to install through Backup Server the agent on the other server, and say: "Error connecting to the remote registry of server. Ensure that the current logged in account is not blocked from accessing the remote registry and that the remote registry is available before try again." So the account is not blocked, password is OK and got administrator privileges, but the error keep appearing and is not allowing install Remote Agent. How I solve this issue? Thanks in advance. Make sure that the computer is available, WMI is enabled and not blocked Windows Firewall.14 Firewall is turned off, antivirus is empty, the WMI service is enabled. Network access to server is have. I am comparing two servers, sames OS win2003, one of which allowed me to write to the registry (let's call it "success") and the other which didn't (let's call it "failed").
