My backup server is showing this event id. More details are as follows Backup Server: Win Server 2008 R2 64bit What we are backing up: Exchange Databases Exchange Server 2010 Exchange Windows: Win Server 2008 64 bit (Not R2) DAG: Yes (but recently installed backup jobs were failing before that as well when we were running single mailbox server) Did backup job ever ran: Yes they were running fine for almost 11 months. I have seen one forum which says to install a HotFix 139875_ENU_ia64_zip but it seems its only for win server 2003. Any help will be highly appreciated. I anyone need any more information do let me know. Please work with Symantec to solve this problem. For your reference, you may refer to some posts in Symantec forum. http://www.bing.com/search?q=site%3Asymantec.com+Event+ID+34113+Backup+&qs=n&form=QBRE&pq=site%3Asymantec.com+event+id+34113+backup+&sc=0-22&sp=-1&sk= Mark
